- VPE: Vice President Education. Schedules speeches, confirms roles and approves Pathways level completions (see Your Committee)
- VPM: Vice President Membership
- VPPR: Vice President Public Relations
- SAA: Sergeant at Arms
- TME: Toastmaster of the Evening, the host of the meeting (see Meeting Roles)
- TTM: Table Topics Master (see Meeting Roles)
- Pathways: the Toastmasters International education programme (see Pathways and Base Camp)
- Base Camp: Toastmasters International’s online learning platform for Pathways (toastmasters.org)
- ToastHost: the online platform our club uses to run meetings, book roles, request speeches and vote (our meetings on ToastHost; see ToastHost)
