City of London Toastmasters uses ToastHost to run our meetings.
ToastHost is an online club-management platform for Toastmasters clubs. It was built by Toastmasters in the UK and is independent of Toastmasters International. It works in any web browser on your phone, tablet or computer, so there’s no app to install.
What you’ll use it for
- Seeing our meetings: dates, agendas and who’s doing which role
- Telling us you’re coming: RSVP to each meeting
- Booking a role: request roles such as Grammarian, Evaluator or Table Topics Master
- Requesting a speech: ask the VP Education for a speaking slot for your next Pathways project
- On the night: vote for Best Speaker, Best Evaluator and Best Table Topics, and give feedback to speakers
- Tracking your progress: keep a record of your Pathways projects
ToastHost doesn’t replace Base Camp. You still do your Pathways learning on the Toastmasters International website (see Pathways and Base Camp).
